The 1st Hellenic FIRST TECH Challenge Championship took place in Thessaloniki, 9-10/03 and we are proud to announce that the UniREVsals student team of Mellon Lab was the winner of the 1st place in the championship! The team which is mentored by I-SENSE Group  is now set to represent Greece at the World FIRST TECH Challenge in Houston from April 17th to 20th. On February 19 & 20, the European Wood2Wood project held its kick-off meeting in Athens. On the 29th of February and March 1st, the Institute of Communication and Computer Systems (ICCS), organized a Kick-off meeting held in Athens, for TERRAVISION; the new Horizon Europe project. On February 15 and 16, 2024, the I-SENSE Group of ICCS hosted the physical kick off meeting of RURBANIVE, a new European research project that aims to enhance rural-urban communities with immersive social and technological innovation. The project involves 17 partners from 8 different countries who share the same vision. The brand new TeamUP project, a Horizon Europe project, was inaugurated on 24-26 January 2024 through the Kick-off Meeting of its consortium in Athens, Greece. On January 31, ENVELOPE officially kicked off its activities in a two-day, in-person meeting hosted in the centre of Athens by the I-SENSE Group of ICCS, which coordinates the project.
