ICCS is actively participating in both National and European community funded research programmes.
So far ICCS has participated to over 200 research projects and has established research co-operations all over Europe.
ICCS conducts research and development activities in essentially all areas that fall within the computer communication and automation field.These activities are funded mainly by the following bodies through research and development projects:

  • Ministry of Education
  • General Secretariat of Research and Technology
  • European Union
  • Public Services Organizations (eg Hellenic Telecommunication Organization, Public Electricity Company)
  • Several Ministries (eg Ministry of Transport and Communications, Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment etc.)
  • Private Sector
  • Other national, European and International Bodies
